    Hi-
I am trying to replace two images on my website w/ updated versions. The original files are saved as large, high-res .psd images. The problem is, when I downsample the image for use on the web, it loses a ton of sharpness and basically just looks like a blurry mess. The images are floor plans that are black, white, w/ a little red. I need to reduce them to about 250×200 pixels @ 72 dpi. If I am making an image smaller, why would the quality decrease so much even when viewed at their actual size? I’ve tried saving the files in several formats (gif, jpeg) but nothing looks right. Please advise–I know there has to be a simple answer that I must be overlooking! Thank you!
Where do I find imageready? I have Photoshop CS3

I lately dyed a couple of products black. I used some while fixing the watering and put them within the laundry room sink because they were wet. My hubby put his beige shorts within the sink. Anyways, Now i observed that my black dyed capris should have bleed onto his shorts. How do i get these black marks from his shorts? These shorts are Polo logo and I do not think he’s going to be extremely pleased with this accident? Any suggestions regarding how to get black dye taken off beige shoerts?
